The chauffeur service

A private chauffeur service is booked in advance and guarantees a dedicated driver, a company-owned vehicle and a fixed price agreed before the journey — no meter, no surprises.

We are not a broker or platform: every vehicle is owned by Autolinee Nuova Benese S.r.l. and every driver is a direct employee — full accountability, zero middlemen.

Every vehicle in the Best fleet is directly owned by Autolinee Nuova Benese S.r.l. — not a broker, not an aggregator. This gives us complete control over quality, punctuality and safety on every service.

Best NCC operates a proprietary GPS system that monitors the live position of every vehicle in real time. You will know exactly when your driver is on location and when each service starts and ends.

The GPS report is available for corporate clients, travel agencies and event organisers — a practical tool for internal reporting and invoicing reconciliation.

Yes. The Best operations office is open 7 days a week, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including public holidays. For urgent requests, message us directly on WhatsApp — the button is on every page of the website.

Messages received outside opening hours will be answered at the next opening. For confirmed bookings, your assigned driver is directly reachable on the day of service.
Booking & changes

You can book weeks ahead or just a few hours before your service. For standard transfers, we recommend at least 24 hours' notice. For events, Langhe tours or special requests (specific vehicle, multilingual driver, custom welcome kit), 48–72 hours is ideal.

For last-minute or emergency bookings, message us on WhatsApp — we always check real-time availability and do our best to accommodate.

Yes. Changes — to pickup time, location or destination — are accepted up to 1 hour before the service, subject to availability. Free cancellations are accepted up to 2 hours before pickup. Cancellations made after this window or no-shows may be charged in full.

For urgent changes, message us on WhatsApp or call directly — the operations team is available 7 days a week, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Yes. Intermediate stops can be requested at booking or communicated to the driver during the service, subject to available time. For itineraries with multiple planned stops, the hourly disposal service is the most suitable option: maximum flexibility without unexpected extra kilometre charges.

Brief stops (pharmacy, document drop-off, collection) are generally included at no extra charge.

You can book for a guest or client by providing the passenger's name, mobile number and pickup details. The passenger will receive the driver's contact details and vehicle plate number directly before the service. The invoice will be issued to your company.

For recurring bookings or management of multiple guests, the MyBest subscription or our B2B Partner portal is the ideal solution.
Airports & meet and greet

Yes. Meet & greet is always included at no extra charge. Your driver will be waiting after baggage reclaim at the airport, or at the end of the platform at the station, holding a personalised name board.

Yes. Best NCC operates across Italy and to international destinations with fixed fares agreed before departure.

  • Courmayeur, Bardonecchia, Sestriere, Aosta Valley
  • Cortina d'Ampezzo and further destinations on request
For long-distance or multi-stop itineraries, the hourly disposal service provides a dedicated driver for the full duration with no route restrictions.

Yes. Our drivers speak Italian and English. For international clients, English is the default language for all service touchpoints: welcome board, communications and on-board assistance.

For additional languages (French, Spanish, German), availability is on request — please notify us at the time of booking with at least 48 hours' notice.
Reference fares
All fares are fixed, confirmed before the journey and exclusive of VAT (10%). Every service includes: uniformed driver · water on board · 30 min waiting · meet & greet with name board. Night surcharge (10:00 PM–5:00 AM) and public holidays apply.

Yes. Approved child seats (infant seat, toddler seat, booster) are available on request at no extra charge. Please specify at the time of booking, including the child's age and weight, so we can prepare the correct seat.

Last-minute requests cannot be guaranteed — please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Yes. Confidentiality is a core pillar of the Best NCC service. Our drivers are trained to maintain the highest level of discretion: no disclosure of personal information, no commentary on passengers' destinations or conversations.

For VIP clients, diplomats and senior executives, we apply specific confidentiality protocols. Personal data is processed in full compliance with GDPR — see our Privacy Policy for complete details.

Pets are accepted on request at the time of booking, provided they travel in an approved rigid carrier. Availability cannot be guaranteed on all vehicles — please contact us in advance to confirm.

Certified assistance animals (guide dogs) are always welcome on any vehicle in our fleet, with no restrictions.
